The Libervita Senior Co-Living, located in Cascais, is intended for seniors who want to maintain an independent life, but without dispensing certain requirements and services, as their needs evolve.

It is an alternative to the traditional Residential Structures for Elderly People (ERPI) because it allows each resident to have their own Villa, inserted in a private condominium, with green areas, parking and 24h concierge.

The private condominium Libervita Senior Co-Living consists of 15 Villas, 25 beds, with a choice of single or double room. Villas Libervita are privileged by their location in the district of Lisbon, municipality of Cascais and parish of Alcabideche.

This solution will be able to accompany all the aging process, being possible to add new services as the needs increase.

The Libervita Senior Co-Living consists of a Villa (T1) with weekly cleaning and bed linen treatment included. Each Villa has a gross area of 56.25m2 and is fully furnished and equipped, and consists of:
– Bedroom (15 or 16m2)
– Living room (23m2)
– Full Kitchen Kitchenette (fridge, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric kettle and microwave oven)
– WC (8m2)
– Air conditioning (air-conditioning and heated floor)
– Meo Connection (TV Service)
– There is the possibility to customize the Villa with your own furniture and decoration.

With this solution each resident will be able to build their own monthly fee. The basic package includes accommodation from 750€ / single room or 600€ / double room, with weekly cleaning and bed linen treatment included.

Prices of other additional services such as food, care and occupational activities, on request.

The development is located on a plot of 12 600m2, located in an area of good accessibility and with surrounding infrastructures, from soft slope to the east, and with green spaces harmoniously distributed throughout the complex.
